Stillmere is made by Etched Echo Studios (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the Stillmere app and this website handle.

The short version

Stillmere does not collect, sell or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We never see how or when you use the app.

What stays on your device

To work, the app saves a few things on your iPhone and Apple Watch:

• Your settings, such as sounds, bell volume, interval bells and soundscape levels.
• The length of your last sit, so it is ready next time.
• The sit in progress, so it can continue if the app is closed.

This information never leaves your devices except as described below, and is deleted when you delete the app.

iPhone and Apple Watch

If you use Stillmere on both, some settings are passed directly between your iPhone and paired Apple Watch using Apple’s Watch Connectivity. We do not receive this data.

Siri, Shortcuts and Live Activities

You can start and end sits with Siri and Shortcuts, and follow a sit on the Lock Screen. Spoken requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; Stillmere only receives the request itself, such as the length of a sit.

This website

stillmere.app uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Children

Stillmere collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date above.
